My light is off, but light is still emitting from it?

The faint dimming unfortunately is a sign that your light/battery may be in its golden years.

As the lithium-ion battery begins to decay and as the micro components on the circuit board are also processing this power, channels (circuit paths) get a little easier to travel and so the low power mode of the battery is now visible.

As you can never really "turn off" your battery (There is always some juice that is being supplied) you are seeing that emit from your light.
