Returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in an unused condition and all original packaging must accompany the item(s).

Items purchased from re-sellers other than Light & Motion must be returned to the point of purchase.

Obtain a Return Authorization

If you believe your return request meets the requirements, please email us with your shipping and billing address so we can provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. We kindly ask that you do not send returns without receiving an RA number first as this will delay your return/refund.

Refunds

Items returned for refunds will be evaluated upon arrival. Once confirmed to have met the return requirements, a refund will be issued. Refunds may take between 5-10 business days.
