Return Policy


Do you believe there to be a problem with the product? Give our customer service team a call to possibly help troubleshoot the issue. Instruction manuals can be difficult to understand sometimes and certain functions of the lights can be overlooked--we would gladly help explain how to use your new light!

Retail Return Policy

Items in original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories, may be returned for exchange, credit or refund up to 30 days after purchase, upon our verification of purchase.

Items purchased from re-sellers other than Light & Motion must be returned to the point of purchase.

Obtain a Return Authorization

Our return service provides two methods to obtain a Return Authorization prior to sending your return.

  1.  Please call us at 831-645-1525 and our knowledgeable, friendly staff will be happy to assist you. Our hours are 8am to 5pm PST. 

  2. Use our online support ticket system. Click Here to contact us.

To allow Light & Motion’s Receiving Department to recognize and receive your return in a timely manner, we would appreciate that the Return Authorization number be displayed visibly on the outside of the shipping package.

It will generally take up to 2 business weeks for the refund to be completed from the day it is received.
